What if all your knowledge wasn’t useful?

Have you ever wondered how much of what you have learnt from school or life would actually be useful?

How much of what you do in daily life were you taught or did you have to learn yourself? Things like cooking the pasta you eat daily, chasing your energetic toddler, handling your relationships, managing your time and money.

You will agree with me that the most of the important things we need in life, we have to learn ourselves.

This is what I realised at a critical point in my life which I believe everyone will get to at some point in life. I had to learn things relating to finances, health, relationships and time management. I realised a lot of people could learn from what I have learnt so far and this stimulated me to write the book “The Illiterate Professional”.

One of such lessons I shared is on how I control my time and energy to make sure that I get the most important and urgent things done on time and also make sure that I don’t neglect my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing in the process.

You will definitely learn something you can apply to your personal life from this well written piece.

In addition, I will be donating part of the proceeds from the sales of this book to a foundation in Nigeria which supports education of children who cannot afford basic education.
